About Me
I’m Billie Liao, Chinese-American, Atlanta-based artist. I graduated from SCAD with a BFA in animation, and over the past 10 years, I’ve worked on a number of productions: television, feature film, music videos, and more! My focus has been on storyboards and 2D character animation, and I also have experience in character rigging, scene setup, and production assistance.
I’m currently working as a game dev artist, expanding my storytelling skills through character animation and environment design. Outside my career, I express my personal voice through illustration and print, and sell my work through local art markets.
Although I’m not actively looking for freelance work, I’ll at least hear you out!
